Payments
An applicable advance payment is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid within the specified time and before the relevant service begins.
For bookings during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, festivals, and other high-demand dates, full payment may be required in advance.
The applicable payment amount and balance conditions will be communicated to the customer before booking confirmation.
Mode of Payment:
Payments can only be made through the payment methods on offer by Seven Safar Tour & Travels at the time of booking. Any payment gateway, banking, card processing, or transaction fees due upon payment shall be notified to the client before making payment where applicable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that payments are successfully processed and that the information given when payment is being processed is true.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed on receipt of the applicable payment from the customer and upon acknowledgment/confirmation by Seven Safar Tour & Travels.
Safari permits are subject to availability and confirmation with the concerned forest department or the authorized booking system. The payment does not by itself confirm the issuing of a safari permit.
Customers are advised to check their booking details including safari date, type of the safari, zone, passenger details and the payable amount before making the payment.
Safari Permit Rules
Safari permits are subject to availability and the rules of the concerned forest department or authorized booking system. The customer must provide the correct and necessary passenger and identification details required to book a safari permit.
The customers must carry the required original and valid ID and other documents during the safari. The safari zone, date, vehicle, guide, and permit allocation are subject to availability on the concerned forest department's guidelines.
Any cancellation, refund, transfer, or modification to your safari permit booking may be restricted once issued or confirmed as per the policy. Seven Safar Tour & Travels cannot confirm the availability or approval of a safari permit governed by the concerned authority.
A safari booking does not guarantee a tiger sighting or any particular wildlife sighting.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
Cancellation and refund requests for any booking must be sent through written mode only.
All cancellations, refunds, cancellation charges and refund calculations will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy as published on this website, which will also be applied to the booking under consideration.
Safari Cancellation
Jeep Safari and Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable as mentioned in the particular Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable. Safari permits are also subject to cancellation and refund rules of the concerned forest department or booking system.
No-Show
The failure to report for a service confirmed by us within the stipulated reporting time shall be treated as a no-show. Any refund or rescheduling, if allowed, shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and service-provider rules applicable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and applicable rules of the concerned service provider or authority. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges if applicable.
Government and Permit Fee Changes
Safari permit fees, entry fees, taxes, government charges, guide fees, vehicle charges, or other regulated charges may be subject to change by the relevant government or forest authorities.
Should there be a mandatory increase on the customer's booking already confirmed, any additional amount payable by the customer for such changes will be due where applicable. Any such additional charge will be advised to the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
